eCOPR from Etobicoke - Waiting Times

what Is the average number of days to receive e-COPR after portal credentials???????????????

I really need my e-COPR to apply for OSAP, I start school next week if not I will have to pay international student fees or probably wait another year.

Etobicoke office:
Aug 30 - Received email with request for In-Canada declaration/Address/Photo
Aug 31 - Confirmed In-Canada declaration
Sep 1 - Submitted my photo and address
Waiting for my eCOPR. (will provide updates as I get them)

You can probably pay it first and get rebated. Ask the international office of your school. They should know.

But finger crossed that you can get it before school starts!

AOR - 15th March 2021
First portal email - 13th Aug 2021 (From Etobicoke)
Portal Credentials - 17th Aug 2021
COPR - 20th Aug 2021 (Issued at Calgary)

Interesting. I didn't know that the portal email and copr could come from different VOs...

Plz let me know if you are or were in the same boat. Meanwhile, plz give me advise.
AOR: April 2020, Principal Applicant inland + 1 outland dependent
June 29, 2021, I got PPR for my outland dependent and since June nothing as the portal email for my self. The agents left a note twice. I did webforms and emails. BUT NO REPLY after about 3 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Result: waiting for the portal email for about 3 months, however the file is approved.
Plz help me.
