I haven't done anything other than submitting a normal application, just like everyone else.

I think anyone who submitted PR application in 2024, has almost similar timeline, though not very sure. I have personally not seen anyone with 2024 submission being delayed

We are still suffering the delay of the pandemic. Maybe new application goes better.

As far as I am aware, anyone who has applied in 2024, has similar faster timeline, regardless of country of origin

Depends always on country. If country un war, deep security risk For the persons, sometimes they speed up. All processes had take two years or more For regular. So if takes less time is For sure faster than the others.
