wow that takes a long time. have you tried to call them ask ask about it? my VO is also Montreal but it only took us 7 months from the day we applied till receiving the PR Card

whats you full timeline. Its almost impossible for protected person got PR in 7 months specially in Quebec.

@Here4help : i think you need to call them and ask for follow up to refresh your application. this timeline is not normal.

I called many time as well as my MP but nothing just generic replies and more frustration. Help centre has nothing to HELP
