In general yes, you should expect MR within the week.
My ECAS also changed on may 20th and the line "we started processing your application on mat 16" was added, but till today I did not received my MR.
I hope that your VO works faster.

If you have a less travel history and working in single organization your BC and Sc will be soon but if there are lots of travel history an mutiple organization might take time in my opinion,

i had applied in march 2010, still waiting............. even waiting would have been tired of waiting. i guess we pre-june 2010 applicants are the unlucky ones.
We are lucky than the Pre-Feb 2008 guys. They got mass rejection. At least we are in queue.
