my Aor is of Feb 2006 i applied from CHC london got updated letter on 1st April 09 to submit docs in 120 days, asking new forms, ielts, police certificarte, proof of funds as i got the ielts result on 25 July 09 i sent all requested documents on 27 July and they reached CHC london on 30 July 09 (120th day), before my online status was IN PROCESS. when i checked today it shows DECISION MADE. i need advice from you guys wht to do if they refused my case as my docs reached on 120th day
For my math your due date was August 1st 09 and your envelope reach there on 30 July so sound like you safe, I think you should wait ok tell me did they give you new file number or you have same file number since you apply.
May I ask when did your e cas status changed to in process? For applicants under the new process as I have learned in all forums usually the only chance of rejection for those whose e cas status is in process is when they fail the medical test.
I hope that you applied under old scheme of immigration process and by luck your verifications were already made when they requested for your final documents. The final papers just confirmed their evaluation of your case and it so finalized. Only concern is that they might have taken a decision on your (wrong) issuance assumption of 120 days and they may have counted it differently. The 120 days period starts from the letter issue date and not when you receive it. If the issue date on letter was 01 April, then your 120 days complete on 29th July. If it was ok, then I believe it is positive, and you are successful, otherwise be prepared to submit your case again under 38 NOCs. Let the cat be out of the bag to know for certain.
If they reject they will only reject for not enough points may be, I know London office try to process and get rid of all the old applications as quickly as possible.
Hamsafar,
How many points you claimed in total, I'm only worrying that before even they ask for the Medical and RPRF if decission made means something to think about.
