ECAS status changed to "Application Received" from "In Process"

My ECAS status was updated yesterday as well.
Now it shows In process again. It was changed to Application received on July 26, 2019

U r file is transferred to local visa office and soon , will get update , some files will transfer to local visa office after MP, local visa office depends your country of residence

Adding Name for spouse : 20 Dec 2018.
Medical Request for me : 30 April 2019.
Medical Request for wife : waiting
PPR : waiting.

I dont know what are they doing ??. I am still waiting for any update.Personally, I realize who are "in process" status, those file getting early PPR and that is true.I called CIC as well, they said we are working, they didn't tell me anything for time process and they said we will finish in 18 Month, but i dont think so,They are working on it.


I am just confusion, why they are give us "Application received" status ? why not other ?

are they transfer to local office ?

Guys, do you know about that in deeply ? well i didn't get right answer anywhere ?

For me
My ecas changed to AR from IP when my file transferred to Calgary lvo. Some file are processed in lvo .I don’t know the reason.

1.File transfer to VO then get within short time MR and PPR .(1.5+1.5 Month-outland) . Question-When are they checking criminality, background and security?how do they very fast?

2.File transfer VO then get long time for MR and PPR .(more than 6 months-outland) . Question-When are they checking criminality, background and security?why they delayed?

2.File transfer after MR to VO then start to do checking,why they do like this?

What is the difference between three scene?

Answers
1, yes many candidates received MR very fast after file transfer, They completed background & security Very fast . The reason is that it is easy for them to track applicants databases very quick , so they proceeded application fast...and they do detailed analysis randomly...
2, some cases it is difficult for them to track databases of the applicant, it takes longtime to complete background check...
3,some cases file transfer happens after medical pass , sometimes it happens because of rush in local visa offices....
