But some people whose application was transferred to Winnipeg visa office after 1 month of mine already got ADR but I haven’t got any updates from 3 months. They still say my file is in queue with an officer.

So operation is done behind we don’t know if they are working on your file or not even if it does not change to IP. Just wait man.

I heard some rumours like after medical if you file status change to AR and when it change back to IP, they send you PPR with in 10-15 days. If you are inland.
Is it right?

Sadly it could be either way , I'm inland applicant , medical passed may 24 . no update till now .
