I got my note for info on mid march, it is said nothing has been started only criminality is in process. Not sure if I had any update in the note now.

btw, My file was transferred to LVO in early Apr too.
lets keep updated.

How did you submit your upfront medical ?? You got the request and then you submitted the paper which you got it from the clinic ?

I did it in London,England adrer I have submitted my paper work they needed me to start right away so I did upfront medicals according to theirninstructions and the clinic in london submitted it electronically as they are affiliated with the canadian high comission.
