Has anybody Encountered this message " Ecas were not able to identify you with the information provided ". This is after the PPR requests and the passports submitted.

Guys,, Has anybody been able to get back on Ecas ( for those who are facing the issue ).
1. I came across an error message on Ecas stating that your file number should be either BXXXXXXXXX or EPXXXXXXXXXX. Please reneter the details. My File no was EXXXXXXXXXX. There was no EP there . However, as I said before, I was able to access it just fine before until this Fri ( 1st June ).
2. I , also read somewhere ( one of the forums ) that there are some soft updates that are happening on Ecas ( One person said that his address reappeared on Ecas again but the three lines that are generally there before the MR, came back but with a few wordings changed.
3. There are people who can access Ecas still. May be they are File no. BXXXXXXXXX or EPXXXXXXXXXX.
Do you guys have application numbers starting with E, EP or B. All I am trying to understand is whether this issue is isolated to people with EXXXXXXXXX application file numbers.
If that the case be, we may just end up with new file numbers but in that case it will be imperative to send Case specific Enquiries to our respective Visa Offices and let them know that we are not able to access our Ecas.

I called the cic call centre in Canada they informed there are no technical issues at all.she said this is because of something else.you need to get in touch with the visa office.unfortunately my vo office is buffalo and is closed.i don't know who to get in touch with.
