i have tried thousand times to get my visa status tracked its now showing. i have UCI no. and application no both.my application submitted at canada through an agent in toronto any solution please. pass port submitted on 25 dec 2012

Do not worry friend, that is how mine was for 2 years and a half and was only updated when they started processing. Just make sure you send all requested information to them and wait.
