Got AOR on 28 DEC 2015 under PNP. Medical passed, Schedule 4/4A provided. But even to date I can not able to access my ECAS.
How can I access my ECAS, anyone else facing same issue?

ECAS seems to have been removed completely. No one is able to access it and I doubt it will ever be functional again. Use MyCIC.
