ECA - WES report clarification

I have done my ECA evaluation in 2015. My WES report states the below.

My bachelor's degree is considered as 3 years bachelors.
My master’s degree is considered as 4 years bachelors.

In Canada equivalency summary section, it is mentioned only 4 years bachelors.

Therefore, I need to understand whether my degree falls under only bachelor’s degree or two or more-degree category.
