Hi everyone, I've got a problem. I work as Assistant Professor in university. I got PHD degree, but the diploma was lost. I filed the diploma replacement to my graduate school, however, it'll take more than 7 weeks to get the replacement. Considering the tight timeline, I wonder if I could apply as lecturer instead of assistant professor, co'z I have got my Master diploma on hand and CIC requires Master degree for the lecturer. My only concern is that the position I hold in the reference letter from HR is assistant professor. Will it cause any problem if I work as AP but apply as lecturer?
