Currently I have the following ECA report from WES:
Intermediate: Secondary School Diploma
Bachelors in Commerce 2 years: Diploma 2 years
Masters in Business Administration: Bachelor's Degree 3 years
Overall: Two or more degrees
Now to increase points for Saskatchewan, I want to send my Masters degree to CES for Masters Equivalency. If CES gives me masters, can I club both ECA for Saskatchewan and claim masters degree?

If CES gives you Master's equivalency then use that only. No need to attach WES ECA. I am not sure what is CES and whether its recognized by SINP.
