That's not your concern. Every university's admin team knows how to communicate with external entities. Just make sure they mention the student ID given to you by CES
I can see on their website that CES are currently not processing mailed in physical copies due to the remote working situation.
In their FAQs I can see that they are instead accepting electronic copies sent from the awarding institution, however the requirements on the CES document checklist still includes a mailed copy of my official academic record:
"Your official academic record (transcript) must be sent directly to CES office by the awarding institution, in an institution-sealed envelope"
So I just want to check if I can send everything electronically via my institutions and that no actual mail needs to be sent in, due to COVID?
I have two UK post-secondary qualifications (BTEC National Diploma & Bachelors Degree) to be reviewed by CES. I need to be able to select "Two or More degrees/diplomas" to have enough CRS score and have no idea what the ECA will show, it's a tough spot to wait 6-8 months only to get an unwanted outcome at the first hurdle.
Many thanks for any help! I emailed CES to ask but had no response I guess they're too busy.

Thanks for your reply! I was going to go with CES because I read somewhere that WES sometimes consider a BTEC National Diploma Level 3 to only be equivalent to one Canadian semester, whereas CES sometimes evaluate it as 2 years.
If length of time doesn't matter either way towards selecting the "Two or More degrees/diplomas" option on Express Entry, I'll go with WES instead. "The two or more..." option is critical to me getting a realistic CRS score.
Does anyone know WES approx current turnaround time for ECA? Thanks so much.

Yes I have the same question here! Can we get a Canadian Master with 3 years bachelor and two years Master? Does the University or the country make any differences ?
I dont know if country makes difference but i am from india with 3 years bachelors and 2 years masters. I got masters equivalency and so did many ppl from CES. I have done MBA-IT.

If I have submitted my application to IQES/CES, do i have to wait till i get my certification (12-20 WEEKS) from there before i apply in the pool? Or can i do it concurrently with the best case assumption
