My document were received on 4th august.
C1. 4th aug 2020.
C2. 4th aug 2020.

I received the mail regarding acceptance on 7th november but there i got a msg from them that they are backdating my acceptance date to 4th august asy academic records were sent electronically.
Following extract of Mail received.

Thank you for arranging this digital transcript to be sent to us, we are able to expedite the remaining stages of your file as we are back-dating your application acceptance date to August 4, 2020.

We are doing our best to honour the 15 - 20 week processing times for applications such as yours where institutional documents have been submitted electronically. The documents are currently in queue for review and you will be getting notifications at each of the milestones as your application progresses.


As yours from 7th august have gone through mine must come in a few days.

Just wanted to ask did you get the mail for c1 and c2 the same day? Like mine came after 3 months but they mentioned my acceptance date to 4th august

Drop a mail to them stating C2 mail received on 4th August which is more than 10 weeks now.In my case C2 mail was received on 16 Sep, I did the same and they updated C3 and C4 immediately.

I would like to share my application progress. I have Submitted application for CES - ECA on 19th October 2020, and my university submitted electronic verified documents to CES's email address (ces.transcripts@utoronto.ca ) on 27th October 2020.

now I want to send one to CES as well and my university can directly send the documents.

I want to know if I want to do ECA for PGDM One year distance course, do I need to send Bachelors transcripts as well?

does CES accept Distance education?

Buddy, I am not sure about distance education. Please go through previous messages if you find anything related to your case. If your course is regular and under UGC/ AICT list then they will accept. Moreover, CES charges double for 2 degree evaluation (i.e. $210+$210). So, verify it first, whether they accept distance course. Just to inform, CES is taking 6 to 8 months for ECA.

honestly its better to use WES than the University of Toronoto.. my buddy got his assessment complete in two weeks .

I applied for both IQAS AND CES as WES rejected my course. The equivalency is same PGDM but from non recognised institution.

let’s hope one of these two work. And I sent only PGDM as my engineering bachelors is already done through WES.

Okay. Hope you will get your desired ECA soon. However, CES taking so much time, which is disappointing.

answers to some general question.
1. I did my mba regular 2 years from sabarmati uni and got the credential for masters from recognised institute
2. My uni sent the documents electronically.
3. I had dropped a total of 2 mails to ces. First 1 on 10/09/20 and 2nd on 01/12/20 regarding my process as they state clearly that you can contact them if it has been over 10 weeks since yours c2 was marked done.
4. I sent only the masters degree.
5. I did not make any calls to ces.
6. I waited for their response after each mail instead of dropping multiple mails.

That's great. Did you directly email or submit in query form? Because they are not replying to query form.

Those who submitted before september, they are doing an ECA evaluation. I submitted 2 months ago and they didn't start my process.

I agree. My transcripts were delivered on Oct 22, still no update.
Has anyone get updates from CES with similar timeline?

I have a query regarding CES, if anyone has created profile with CES in 2020, I have created profile and made the payment, now my question is if i get transcripts from my university, can i send them to CES, or just ask my university to send them.

Please help me in this
