Does IQAS accept provisional certificate for masters degree for ECA? (As my university will not issue main certificate until convocation take place)

No, they do not.

Thanks for your reply. In that case from where I can take ECA? I have main certificate for bachelor. But for masters I have provisional certificate. Grateful if you can suggest.

Only WES accepts provisional certificate.
