I am also going to send my documents to IQAS for ECA. I Have 3 Years BS in computer science and 2 Years MBA in Banking and Finance. I need ECA of my both degrees because I am going to apply under NOC 2171 which relates to my BS degree and ECA for MBA to acquire high score in education factor.
So my question is, do I have to pay double fee for ECA ($200 for BS and $200 for MBA) of my both degrees or one fee is enough?
Why did you choose IQAS? is it because your university is not in the list provided by WES? I'm asking this because my wife's university is not in the list. Do i still get points for her education? should I go for other institute for assessment such as IQAS ?
The list is on the official website. You need to provide them with copies of your educational docs along with translations, and a copy of your passport and if applicable proof of name change. Then provide a sealed envelope with original transcripts from university, with stamp on the back flap and official seal. They ask the university to send them the official docs, but if it can't, you can send yourself as long as the envelope is sealed, signed and stamped.

Well, fist I've heard IQAS is faster, and less demanding. I believe they will assess your wife's degree if it's not on their list, as long as her degree was expedited from a credited and recognizable institution. For example, on their list there are few universities from Brazil, but I'm pretty sure there are yet many many credited federal universities that are not on the list because people from those schools haven't applied to an ECA.
