ECA for secondary applicant

Hi All,
I have a question regarding ECA. Being secondary applicant do I need ECA for all my degree & diploma, or ECA for post graduate diploma would be enough which is my highest qualification, also my 1year PG diploma is from an open University,so will I get points for that.

If you are claiming points for any education, you will need an ECA. If you aren't, you don't.
