ECA- who evaluates diplomas?

I have a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute (UK). Has anyone had ECA success with such a qualification?

Which ECA organisation accepts post-secondary diplomas?

I don't want to waste several months getting an ECA done only to be told that actually, they don't evaluate it. I already have an ECA for my Bachelors degree from the IQAS who have advised me that they don't process diplomas.

Please help me- I desperately need the extra points that this Diploma would give me.
