ECA for every diploma if my highest one was obtained in Canada?

Hi all,

I am preparing my application for EE FSW, however, I am a bit confused if I need to obtain ECA.
My highest degree will be soon Ph.D. from a Canadian institution.
Do I still need to do ECA for my Bachelor and Masters diplomas from European institutions in this case?
My logic is that I wouldn't be accepted for a PhD if my Bachelor or Masters diplomas were not equivalent to Canadian ones, but I want to make sure I have all the necessary documents.

If you have a Canadian PhD then you don’t need ECAs for your other degrees.
