ECA - Only highest degree?

Friends,

I hold a Ph.D. and MS from US. Do I need to get ECA done only for the highest degree, i.e. PhD if that is what I am claiming for CRS points? Please advise.

theoretically yes, but i would get both MS and PhD assessment done by ECA, just to be on the safe side...
i have seen many people say only masters is fine if you have graduation plus masters, but havent come across anyone with a PHD so i would say get both done... it may cost you a little bit more but better not take a risk

Ph.D itself will give the maximum points right? So why we need to complete ECA for Bachelor or Masters?

So were you able to get the ECA done only for Ph.D without submitting bachelor or masters ?
