ECA for different degree from different countries

Hi, I done my matriculation from Pakistan,got bachelor's degree from Dabai uae and master,s degree from University of north texas.Now immigration to Canada is in process.I send only my master's transcript to WES for ECA.Is it mandatory to send all my degree to have ECA?Will it create problem for me and did i get full points.It is very difficult to gather all my documents from different countries
