My Little bro is planning to Apply for UnderGraduate Admission in Canada...

His Profile is...

Secondary School Certificate : 65 %
Higher Secondary School Certificate : 60%
IELTS : 6.5 Overall.

Kindly Suggest me Universities or Colleges Which Give Admission Easily in the Field of ( any ) Engineering
as His Profile is bit Low. So Suggest Universities Which u think Will Give him Admission.
