Admission into MEng Civil in Canadian Universities 2022

Hi everyone,

I am looking for insights for chances of admission in Master's program(Civil Engineering).
My profile:

Bachelors: 6.65 CGPA which is 61%(B division as per my university grading scale),
A Post Graduate Certificate in Construction Management from Conestoga college, Kitchener, Ontario GPA - 3.17/4 which 74.56%
A work experience of 3.5 years in civil engineering field in Canada.
IETLS - 7

I have seen admission requirements for almost all the Canadian universities but, I don't think I have a shot in any of them. If someone can provide me with insights or had a similar profile to mine and got admitted in Masters program, your advice would surely help.
What universities should I apply to?
