Early Childhood Educator Confusion (NOC 4214)

Hello Guys,

I have completed my studies in Early Childhood Education (ECE). Now I am on post graduation work permit. After graduation I received a job as ECE. But my confusion is that to be an ECE a person needs a license for a job, and I started my job an ECE in January and received my license in April. So can i use my experience from January in Express Entry or should I count my experience after getting my license that is from April? TIA

I have one more question. In the EE entry there's a question " Do you have certificate of qualification from a Canadian province or territory?
I have my RECE license for early childhood educator, Should I say YES or should I put NO?
