Hi,
I have years of experience has an early childhood educator but my education background is in mass communication, can I get any ECE credit from the ministry of education based on my BA degree? If not, will my application be rejected if I don't have ECE licensing at the time of applying for the SNIP?

First of all, its SINP.

Now for 4214, you will need to
Provide documentation from the Ministry of Education showing your eligibility for Early Childhood Educator Certification.

And under 4214 NOC, its clearly mentioned that you should have

• Completion of a two- to four-year college program in early childhood education or A bachelor's degree in child development is required.

I would like to know that when SINP changed the ECE level II from I , is there any date and applications submitted prior to that date will be affected? Will appreciate your reply.
