EAC for Diploma + Degree Engineering

Hi Could someone please explain what needs to be submitted to WES for following education?

Diploma in Industrial Electronics (1990 to 1993 years after SSC, Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra,)
+
Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication (1993 to 1996 after Diploma, direct admission to second year in Engineering, Mumbai University)

I mean where i need to go for attestation of marksheets/certificates, need transscript etc?

I have already registered in WES, and it doesnt say more than attested marksheets/certificates on this site.

My question is where do i need to go for Degree? like Kalina, Near Sydenham or Mantralay in Mumbai, or to my college for transscript.
Also for Diploma, where do i need to go for attestation?
