IQAS - 3 Years of (Diploma of Associate Engineering) + 4 Years of (Bachelors of Engineering)

need to know about IQAS

I have done
Matriculation SSC (10 Years) - Grade 10
then
3 Years of (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in ELECTRONICS.
Sindh technical board karachi,pakistan.
then
4 Years of (Bachelors of Engineering) in ELECTRONICS.
form Iqra University karachi,pakistan.

Question 1> I want to ask about how many total years of education i will get after assessment 17??

Question 2> If not 17 years of education then both diploma and degree required for immigration purpose or degree is enough ?

Question 3>If Both degree and diploma require then how many total fees i have to pay for both documents ?
