Is the expedited-LMO pilot project still happening?

I'm eligible for jobs in food service, clerical work, and general labor. I am also very qualified for a job in childcare. However, I'm not able to apply for the Live-In Caregiver work permit because I don't have documented evidence of my experience, as they have mostly been babysitting jobs paid in cash. I also only worked full time for 3 months, not a full year, as the permit eligiblity requires.

One of the jobs listed in the NOC list is nanny/babysitter. Would the process be different if I were not living with the family and not a "Live-In Caregiver" but simply a temporary foreign worker employed as a babysitter?

Thanks
