The first page has recent infor which was updated July 31, Eligibility Rev required, Security-NS Criminality and med passed,
Due date 15 August and assigned to the agent.

They haven't calculated yet but its written they verified 406 on May 25 which includes IELTs ,education, foreign education etc.

Your case has made me really pessimistic. No one wants to see such crap after around 150 days.
Why do you think they might doubt your employment? What sort of company is it? Was it your primary NOC? Did you only claim points based on one employment?
IRCC might have confusion because the job description in your reference letter do not match the NOC job description.
Don't lose hope though. Let's hope the outcome of the additional review is positive.

After that I don think they hv started the review. No notes except that.

Noone mentioned anything about NOC or emp letter. They did mentioned june 29 RPRf complete.

Positive thing is that your RPRF was not paid upfront, and they requested you to pay it later. Am I correct? If they intended to refuse your application altogether they might not have asked you to pay RPRF. So be optimistic.
Since it's a Canadian employer I ardently hope that the verification will go smoothly.
