ip1 never happened

You cannot tell whether it is IP1 or IP2 as they have the exact same message.....
If you submitted the RCMP certificate upfront, the IP1 will be replaced by NBG..maybe that will make the BGC status make more sense as NBG and IP2 have different messages.
Well...too late to comment on the RCMP certificate~let's hope that it was IP2 and you should get your PPR soon.
Background check: IP1 is "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check." Background check: IP2 is "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."
Don't know 100 days in IP1 is normal or not. Who knows in next two days IP1 change to NA and in next two days to IP2 and next three days you get PPR.... If you are FSWO applicant, for this moment I think 100 days in IP1 is not that normal.
It does, If you see as I n more CEC like me stuck at NA stage since more than 60 days.
And stats show that March pprs have been more in favor of FSWO.
