check now. ;D
Not even medical after 52 days. I am a little scared. Is this normal?
If you are a FSW-O-yes normal (source: immitracker)
My AOR is the same with you and I only had medical PASSED on 20th Apr 2017.
You should expect your medical to be passed anytime from now.
So, the first thing after AOR is the medical check, then the background check ?

Since my primary experience is in 2241 having job offer in 7231 would make any negative impact on my PR? i am not getting any points for job offer as it it is not LMIA approved..........
