friends any march AOR applicants whose BG check status have updates lately ? from my research and conversation with seniors here the BG status might take 20-30 days for an update. Anyone here waiting on this status?

I got my ME updated on March 31, 2017, and still "Next step if to conduct a background check".

MY Back Ground Check started on March 29 no updates after that,I emailed CPCD Ottawa a week ago and found my application is being processed at Sydney Nova Scotia.

How did you ask them? Did you specifically ask where your application is processed right now?

What do you mean by this? It means that if someone is submitting an online application and if he/she gets the confirmation letter in their account (AOR) earlier, he/she will get the PPR earlier too? Doesn't everyone get the AOR right after they submit their application and pay their fee? Or some get it days after the submission?

You are right about the AOR. But I think what he/she means is that in some cases, someone apply later than you may get PPR earlier than you get PPR. However, generally, if you apply earlier you will get PPR earlier.
