Thank you Andy, but just a lame question, why do we need to know this, wouldnt they specify the VO where we need to send our PP in PPR phase ?

sure they will tell you at PPR stage, however, the date you will get your PPR in a way depends on the VO - some visa offices seems to be slower than the others, therefore people have natural curiosity to know which visa office - so they could estimate the date better.
