What is your stream. Usually PNP and FSW are bit slower than CEC.
CEC applicants get medical pass updates in the range of 20-30 days after AOR received in most cases.
It just depends sometimes. Some applications are really quick.
Your status is completely normal with upfront RCMP submitted.
NBG is the same as IP1 for the ones who have submitted upfront RCMP certificate.
Your BG status will change as NBG->NA->IP2
The other ones', who does not have upfront RCMP certificate submitted, BG status will change as IP1->NA->IP2

I just added myimmitracker to my signature. Go to your myimmitracker case and there is the URL code on the top right part. Copy that part and paste into your signature in this forum.
