When applicable, applications that do not contain the following documents will be rejected as incomplete and fees will be refunded.
Copy of birth certificate or other equivalent document
Proof of studies
Provincial or territorial certificate of qualification
Letter of offer from the employer
Proof of funds
Use of a Representative form [IMM 5476]
Evidence of common-law union and cohabitation
Marriage certificate
Divorce certificate and legal separation agreement
Death certificate
Adoption certificate
I recently got ITA and started filling my application and want to know under which details I should be uploading the Birth certificates as I don't see any particular section where the birth certificates are requested.
You can call CIC from your google hangout for free. If you are outside Canada call 613-944-4000 and choose options carefully. For March FSWO/PNPO some agents can tell you about your application status. Not even a single file is opened yet. Hope this may help some friends !
