Many applications are processed in Canada. Some are sent to local visa office for workload distribution and verification related issues.

In most cases, applications are processed in Canada more efficiently and faster than local visa offices.

Hi guys , got my PPR but the passport submission is for Islamabad but I don't live in Pakistan , I work in KSA and have been all my life! How can I change my local visa office to submit PPR?

I am the same category as you, from Pakistan. Did you have to submit the police certificate, bank statement or medical again? I ask because you too got your ppr 6 months after your aor.

Overseas Pakistani and got my PPR today. However asked me to submit in Islamabad . Same for you guys? How's the processing times ?

I havent gotten my ppr yet. Bg went to NA back in June and the medicals passed as well. No additional documents status came in august. Stuck since then.

PNP stream.
AOR: 2nd of April.
Medical passed: 27th of July.
BGC: N/A till today.
UAE residence.

Called IRCC cst svc, on the 2nd of September, the agent told me the below;
- My file is processed in Ottawa, and that I have passed the "Criminality" check, and currently they are reviewing the "security" part.
I have called them yesterday;
Called them back again on the 28th of September,
- The agent told me the same story, however, he mentioned that my file was dispatched to London Visa Office on the 8th of September!

I don't wanna start panicking, but what shall I do now, any advise, Tomorrow 2nd of October will be exactly 6 months.!

No they didn't ask for anything but one of my friend was asked to submit police certificate again

Should I receive my PRR mail in the registered email?

Most likely you will get it in your MyCIC account. They will send you an email that your MyCIC account has been updated. You will log in and find the PPR in MyCIC.

Just wonder if any of you (e-AOR Mar'17) have updated marital status (single to married) after AOR? I have and still waiting for the processing, so just wonder if anyone having similar situation/timeline. Thanks.

Has anyone raised a CSE for applications exceeding 6 months and got a positive result?

i raised a CSE a week before i was going to reach 180 days mark on the 11th of sep. still wating for a response.
