Same for mine . Due date was 16 August, I was hoping that someone at NDVO will start the processing on 16 August but no progress whatsoever. We have whatsapp group for people with file transferred to NDVO. Most of them (80%) had previous visa refusal and some working in regulated NOC.

You can't say 80% as you don't have facts about all cases. I have seen many people's files being transferred to local visa office who didn't have previous visa refusal or even travelled that much. The main reason behind file transfer to lvo is mainly workload redistribution and other misellanous verification specified by the case analyst.

My estimates are based on our what's app group of people with files transferred to NDVO lately. it's just personal observation. Nowhere I have mentioned or said that my estimates are based on general data which actually no one possess apart from IRCC. Considering the limited sample size of applicant on forum/tracker only personal observation can be made.

just now noticed status changed for "Additional doc: No documents required" from "Additional doc: your additional doc u provided are being reviewed". Background check has been "Not Applicable" till date. Did not get an email for change in status for Additional doc.

Not sure what will be next update.
