My LVO is New Delhi. I ordered GCMS on 19-June and received it on 20-July.

What does your GCMS notes mention about eligibility, Criminality and security.

It has been 118 days (inland) for me and Background still in NA. Have tried calling a couple of times and won't even let me in the queue for an agent.
Any advice how to get a hold of someone? My current visa is ending August 15th so was really hoping this would come through.

CIC did not even send notifications for my document updates... they are either lazy or dont care about sending update mails...

Thanks for your help. Spoke with an agent, they weren't able to give me much more information than on the website but I hope opening the account may cause some activity to be on it. Fingers crossed

Always try at 7:30 am EST. later the lines get very busy. I tried twice around 7:30 AM and both times I was ably speak to am agent.

But the information I type in is 100% correct.

As far as I know, ECAS is only for paper based applications submitted before 2015. EE applicants who submitted APR after Jan 2015 must check their status by logging into their MyCIC accounts.
