Have UCIs been assigned to everyone after the CIC site update in June or are they assigned when the applicant has passed a certain stage in the review process?

My UCI was assigned only when medical got passed.

So sad to tell you that my application got rejected after 110 days. Pnp Outland applicant.
Reason was birth certificate of my child which was based on passport details, as the original one was in other language.
Now whole application got rejected on this. Sad they didn't give us another chance.

I submitted my rcmp on June 5 and everything passed on June 20. PPR July 6 about month later.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I previously had a study permit denied, so I know how frustrating it can be. Don't lose hope! Try reapplying asap as sentraj said.

The nervousness I got from yesterday after reaching 120 days(Yesterday) is unexplainable. Each and every second is painful even though I am sure that I will get the PR.
