SO I have a DUI from the state of Washington that is two years old. I have paid all fines and have completed all rehibition class ordered though I am still on probation. Anyways, my work may need me to work there a a couple times a month.
Is there anyway I can get entry into Canada, or do I need to wait five years??

1. You have to wait for 5 years to apply for rehabilitation, but you can apply for a TRP (Temporary Resident Permit) if the Seattle office thinks that the reason you have to enter Canada is sufficient.
2. http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/seattle/imm/inadmissible_tr-interdiction_rt.aspx?lang=eng
