Has anybody applied for Dubai PCC from Outside UAE, on Dubai police Website

Hi. I am outside UAE and require Dubai PCC. Applied online and got only email copy. Unsure if it is valid for PR. What did you do?

Do we still have to submit attested fingerprints even we have expired emirates id card because we no longer live there?

Hello masuk, I finally got my e-certificate by email after several phone calls and email correspondence with Dubai police. I took 8 calendar days from the moment i applied online. I had to re-send all my previous resident visas by email.

Elctronic verion of e-certificate can be easily verified and therefore there shouldnt be any issues if you upload it. I checked with other person on this forum who did that way, and PR was approved.

Are you sure? Same situation, got an e-copy on mail. Wondering if it can be submitted for PR application.
