I applied before 28th Feb, 2008. Now it's more than 39 months. I got the acknowledgement letter in Feb, 2008 but after that I haven't receive anything. At least I should get documents request till now. What you guys think and what should I do?

yes its quite a long time , but unfortunately files from Oct 2007 to Feb 2008 are in pause and guys didnt receive any doc request till now.

Let us hope thy will start to clear the files soon. but from Oct 2007

Got my account open in SCOTIA BANK.

Guys who will be staying at studio 6, can catch bus 19 or 19S from the stop and get down at EGLINTON AVE stop. And on the right side, just 100 meters back , they can find SCOTIA BANK.

They can meet their with an Indian lady, her name is JOYHA BANERJEE (jaya.banerjee@scotiabank.com). She was very helpful and cooperative.
Documents required only SIN paper or card , orginal passport, landing papers.
