Hi friends,
Am also a January '10 applicant and waiting for "in process". This is the 7th month running after submitting full docs to London. I sent 2-3 case specific inquiries and they says, "your file is yet to be reviewed by a VO". I hope something will come within a couple of weeks time!!!

from the date of 2nd AOR from london if its 7 months, thn fine ..... soon u will be receiving a letter asking for addt documents or medicals - provided ur background check is OK. ....Max time taken is 8 months ...... so its on its ways buddy .............

My ecase is showing in process and in detail showing started processing since july 15. If the applicants of jan and feb have not got any medical requests then we can expect something near dec or jan i think.

i have sent my passports to london on 3rd August (recieved 4th) and today E-case changed to Decision made
can you share your dates for this part to get Idea about london response these days

Our Captain has answered your question ...but be prepared to submit ur original passport in the consulate till you get PCC. really don't knkow why they keep our original passport with them. ............... Good luck frnd

i talked to the embassy today and Indian PCC from Abu Dhabi we can avail provided we should take PCC-UAE first which we have to produce in front of them..offcourse with original passport as u said correctly!!

Thanx bro for your reply. My 2nd AOR date is 26.01.10 and on Aug 26th I will be completing 7 month. As you said, am waiting for additional docs/medical request by post. One doubt.... they are sending medical request after background check?? Anyways, there will not be any probs for my background check. All info I given is 100% is genuine.... Lets hope for the best..

Sorry to say that...but for London it's Rejection... coz i am one of the victim..Prepare for the worst .....and be bold and strong to defend u'r case...It's not end of the world ....

Today I have checked my online status and it is changed as "Received by Visa Office".

We received your application for permanent residence on April 6, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 9, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on June 15, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

I would like to ask that now what will be the next step from London office.

Please advice me.
