Today I logged on CIC using my old UCI no and found out the they have accepted my application, It says "Your application has been received on 12th September 2014"

It means I can start celebrating, Yeah?

Please let me know how long it will take for CIC to take the application fees ,once we apply it. Our application was received in Nova Scotia on December 1st 2014 , and we had put the option for Credit card , along with the credit card details, they have not yet taken the application fees yet, how long does it normally take for CIC to take the application fee amount. I have applied under the (NOC-1111)

I would say a minimum of 2 months from the date of receipt of the application. So sometime in FEB 2015.

Dear All,

We have applied under the NOC- 1111 and our application form was received on 1st dec 2014.

I would like to know ,If our application will be counted towards the overall cap from the date it was received at CIC, even if we have not received the file number and the application fee is not taken from the credit card.

Or is it that they will include us in the Total cap once the Fees is taken from the credit card.

I have used my emirates id for writing the exam as proof, the issue is on the emirates id my father name is added to my name and the same name they issued on the certificate. Will this cause any problem.

Hi All,

On the online file status it says "we received your permanent application on 12th September 2014."

Does it mean that they have charged my DD? I went to my bank this morning and they said they cant provide the details if the DD has been encashed.
