Furthermore, If you could answer the following question out of experience; Do I need to walk-in to the bank to get the DD done or can I initiate the process online using netbanking ?

Also - I believe I need to send the DD alongwith the Fee Payment form in the Application Package that I would be submitting initially to Nova Scotia ? Or are their some other procedures involved ?

Unlikely that that the bank will issue a foreign currency DD thru online banking; check thru your access if you do.

Yes, the DD will go,with your application.

I check the registration requirements . There are some minimum requirements for attending the event which i dont have since i am a fresh applicant . Please Guide me if there is any possibility for new applicants to attend this event .

They don't accept fresh applicants. Don't worry these are held a number of times during the year.

Anyone here who has experience with Delta Air? It seems to be the cheapest from Dubai. I wonder though about the service, comfort & safety. I read somewhere some of their planes are 18 years old already!

as of now i already have 19 months experience from other company, to make it atleast 2 to 3 years then it's good if i can claim that experience but i just can't present an experience certificate. Also if i will not claim that experience then what i will write in my background history for that certain period, unless i will not mention.

You will ofcourse mention that job and also send:
1. letter saying why you cannot submit the experience letter.
2. Letter from your ex-boss or ex-colleague confirming your experience and that the company is now closed, along with their current business card.

It is up to the visa officer to accept your explanation or not. The point I was making was that, even if he rejects your explanation, he will still award you points for your other experience and if you still qualify without that experience your application will be approved for processing.

The complete application is only rejected when the visa officer feels you have sent false experience certificates (fake or inaccurate), not when he feels you should done a better job trying to get experince letter from your former employer
