depends upon your job expedience letter

ur NOC must be as per your job duties and not as per your educationl or other designation, but if designation and job description are same then very gooooood.

Is there any CIIP program in Qatar ?

CIIP programs are held in Dubai for Middle East countries. You can go Dubai to attend the session or can attend an online session.
I have attended online session. It took one and half days.

Yes, wait a few days and then call CIC to confirm if your wife's card was dispatched or there is some issue with it.

I am eligible under noc 2281 and my current occupation is team lead so what shud i mention in economic class form under question 12(a) as COMPUTER NETWORK TECHNICIAN or the sub title in it which matches with my profile or my current job title which is team lead? Please reply URGENT!!!

You cannot call CIC number from outside canada.

There is a work around to this. You can search this forum for calling another Canadian department that forwards your call to CIC, if you go through few menu options. Don't tell them you are not in Canada.

Dear all,

My wife and I are applying for Canadian Immigration from the UAE this year. We are Indian nationals and are current residents of UAE (working visas).

We have couple of questions on the process:
1. Since we are Indian nationals, living in UAE, which CIC office should we apply to?

2. For Proof of funds, can we show funds in our bank accounts in India? Can we also show statements of Shares, Mutual funds, Public Provident Fund investments in India? We have very recently moved to the UAE, been 6 months only, hence most of our investment proofs can be shown from India.

Having gone through few other forums - it seems like the POF acceptable list varies based on the office one applies from. Please advice.
