U don't need a consultant anymore. U can do it yourself easily. For a detailed picture u may like to read the following thread: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/-t36571.0.html
I have done my medical on 23 Feb 2010 and interview on 7th March 2010 but still recieved nothing. When i asked CHC London about stauts they replied that they are awaiting for back ground check results. After interview what kind of back ground they r checking? R they really checking back ground or just it is a delay tactics? I am really much confused what they r doing and when they wil decide about my application? Remember my application was under AEO category.Plz reply
Thanks
I had send my full documents to London Visa office on March 3rd and still havent got an AOR either thru e mail or post and my e case remains unchanged.
Is this the normal time frame to get an AOR or do u think I should send them a case specific enquiry?

They r into your security checks, provided they have found the employment & edn in shape, vis-a-vis the interview. Sometime the S/checks do take a bashing. Happens under certain religious b/grounds, certain names, visited certain countries, frequent traveller [specifically to certain nations -gets more scrutiny, thus more time] etc.

Dear Qorax
Is there still chances for rejection if there is not any security problem even after medical is done, interview is done and RPRF is paid?
Thanks

Thank you for your quick answer.. another question is bothering me upon your answer on the "Background Checks" that the CHC will perform. My situation is that I have 3 previous employers, the 1st(part time for 2 years) and 2nd(full time for 2 years) work experience falls on the 38 NOC which made me reach this stage, my question is..whom(employer) will CHC call during my B/G checks? Will they be calling my current employer(3rd, but not fall on the 38 NOC - for which I have been serving for 6 yrs.) as well or they will call my 1st and 2nd only? Thanks and sorry if I am asking a lot. Cheers.
Wheeew, a lot of uncertainty in deed, and time-guessing for the meds to follow or worst rejection...I am just worried (as others as well), because CHC LOndon is quite not having a consistent performance as time frames varies from applicants and cases...thank you Qorax for having you on this forum, for explaining and advising at your utmost understanding and ability. Kudos!!
I just would like to thank Qorax for taking up the time, sending me a personal mail, then getting in touch with some one else for me. I am just too awed that the world still has soo many nice poeple who do things for others that have no benefit to them at all. thanks Captain and God Bless You.
