Finally....finally....got the maple leaf on our Passports plus COPR for all family members

My sincere and heartiest thanks to all members of this forum who have supported me through out the processing of 3 years and 25 days....

Special thanks to Qorax, PMM, Biju, Shanks74, Marchie, Rejis, bestpal, (all members of 6 to 12 months letter thread) and all Dubai applicants....(please forgive me if I missed anyone due to excitment).
I have learn a lot from this forum and will help other members to my best.
Not able to express my feelings and waiting for all members to get their visa very soon.
I am planning to land in August at Toronto and wish to fulfill my dreams at Land of Opportunities.

can somebody please advise what are the processing times once you have got the
file no.

it depends upon 2 things 1, country of Residence and 2 when u have applied

For UAE if applied before Dec 1st 2010 u will be called for selection interview in 45-90 days

if applied after Dec 2010 , guys who applied until Oct 2011 are called for selection interview, if not send them email at the earliest

a small suggestion from my little experience - consider Alberta if ur really want to save ur hard earned money.

prepared to do any work , u will be 101% success

plz dont think i am saying something negative, with our experience if u move in the right way as i said u will be succeeded but takes some time.

Hi Biju,

Please note that I had applied in September 2010 and subsequently went to Montreal for an interview which
was passes successfully, then paid the money for investment, got my CSQ and then re-submitted all documents
to CIO and got my file no. on 19th April 2013.

My question is after getting the file no. then how long do we have to still wait under the investor category?
Do you have any idea and if yes then please assist.
